Right or left hand tilt handle. Electrically heated self-contained heat source provides temps of 150-295°F. 20-qt. models are 6 or 8 kW input; 40-qt. models are 12 or 14 kW. Features thermostat, pressure gauge, front-mounted water sight glass and heating indicator lamp. Safety features include tilt cut-off, pressure-relief valve, high-limit pressure switch and low water cut-off.
