Half-size insulated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. Holding module, suitable for heated holding applications, features analog temperature control and a passive humidity generation. Unit prioritizes heat generation over humidity generation, food will stay at the desired temperature, enhancing food safety. Features a solid, fully insulated door. Universal adjustable wire slides adjust in 1½” increments, hold 18” x 26” sheet pans, and 12” x 20” steam table pans.
Since the slides adjust, configuration can be tailored to fit a particular application.
