The diamond die-cut upper layer provides load-bearing cells to redistribute pressure, reduce shear forces and allow air to circulate to cool the surface to help keep residents comfortable. Concealed zipper prevents skin tears and protects foam from liquids; latex-free. Meets 16 CFR 1633, TB603, CA #117. Heel section is over 60% softer than the mattress body for exceptional heel protection. Great as a bariatric hospital bed mattress.
