Virtually maintenance free, these all-welded
racks are built for the long haul. Each rack is
constructed to ensure maximum strength and
durability for years to come.
Guides are securely welded both horizontally and
vertically, sealing all cracks and crevices that may
trap dirt and bacteria. Each guide is welded on
both ends, totaling five inches of weld per guide
to secure all angles to the upright framework.
Ribbed angle guides allow pans to slide on and
off with ease, minimizing the galling or flaking
that can occur with heavy usage. (This feature also
allows pans to slide on and off smoothly, less friction
than if flat angle guides were used.)
• Accommodates 18” x 26”, 13” x 18”, and
14” x 18” pans.
• Cross braces are reinforced with heavy duty gussets,
secured to the uprights and cross braces in order to
prevent “racking” by providing additional stability.
• Equipped with 5” plate type casters, wheel hubs
are polyolefin with a polyurethane tread that provides
additional control during transport and reduces
vibrations for a smoother, quieter ride.
• Base is reinforced at each corner with a threaded plate,
casters are bolted to these slabs – not the framework.

prevents structural damage to the framework, and makes
caster replacement easier.
