The Bakerlux Full Size LED Panel Model features: 3 baking steps, up to 99 programs (included 12 “Quick Access” Programs), and 4 shelves. This model has a top-opening door. It has two fan speeds and humidity. It handles standard half size or full size sheet pans (not included). It includes an electro valve for direct plumbed water connection, so it can run an optional proofer. ( Note: Ovens equipped with hood must have water and electricity connected for it to work as designed. Remove zip tie before use.)
We recommend that the end user have a standard ice-machine filter when using a humidity hookup.
