Keep hot food hot for up to eight hours; unit maintains air temperature inside between 150° and 165°F, keeping food above 140°F for eight hours (with full cabinet) when unit is used for passive holding or transport. Seamless double-wall polyethylene exterior is easy to clean and won’t crack, dent, rust, chip or break. Thick polyurethane foam insulation keeps tough polyethylene exterior cool and safe to touch. Interior aluminum uprights and removable/adjustable chrome-plated steel side rails hold full-size food pans or sheet pans. Wide nylon latches are durable and easy to open and close. Molded-in bumpers protect walls and furniture and won’t dent, chip or rust. Aluminum louvers evenly direct hot air around the entire cabinet and contents eliminating hot spots and maintaining food quality. Doors swing open flush to the sides (270 degrees) for easy loading and unloading. Door menu clips hold routing instructions, content lists, and dietary info or client/event details. Uses environmentally friendly technology with no compressor, no heating coil and no humidifier. Energy Star qualified. UL and NSF listed.
