No need for induction charging or stainless wax pellets. System offers 60-minute hold times when used with china plate, underliner and dome.Can be heated with a pellet heater. Holds heat at its core to keep hot foods at safe temperatures above 149°F for over one hour; stays 20°F cooler on edge than metal pellets to protect staff and residents from burns. Won’t chip or dent and stacks quietly so residents are not disturbed by noise. Speckled gray color. 9-1/2” outside diameter. NSF listed. For best fit use with Cambro underliners and domes; also works with Dinex products.
