Plus, the Pro Cart Ultra can save up to 30% on energy costs versus other brands. The Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain hot temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. The hot module heats from room temperature to 165°F (73,9°C) in 15 minutes and recovers* in 20 seconds.
*Average recovery time based on ambient temperature of 74°F, empty compartments with door open for 30 seconds.
