60” wide with 4 stainless steel dry heat wells (each 12” x 20” x 8” deep) with individual burners, safety pilots, a gas pressure regulator, and individual adjustable gas valve controls. Each pan opening is insulated on all sides. 6” polished stainless steel adjustable legs. Powder coat painted body and a stainless steel top. There are a variety of powder coat paint colors available. Uses 2,500 BTU/hour per burner for a total of 10,000 BTU and it has a 1/2” I.P.S gas connection. Base is enclosed on 3 sides for storage. This unit does not include a cutting board.
