FWE UHST-13 (Quick Ship) Full Size Heated Holding Transport Cabinet w/ Top Mount Heat System, 120v

The USHT-13 is a full sized heated holding transport cabinet with a built-in top mount heat system that provides a slim cabinet profile and still meets demands for high capacity. Narrow spaces are no problem with the slim design of the UHST series, these cabinets fit easily into tight spaces. Made for transport applications, the UHST-13 is fully constructed of stainless steel, with a tubular welded base frame, and designed to absorb vibration and shock during transport. Unique design holds 12” x 20” pans, 18” v 26” sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning. UHST series features FWE’s Top Mount heat system, which eliminates hot and cold spots by gently circulating hot air throughout the interior of the cabinet. Top mount heat system, elements and blower are protected from spillage and leaves the bottom of the cabinet open for easy cleaning reducing maintenance and cleaning costs. Simple to use electronic control, easy to read and set. The temperature can be set to a range of 90°F – 190°F (32°C – 88°C), the unit is provided with a low temperature alarm.
