• Controls and tilt mechanism mounted in housings on pan body sides
• Etch marks included. Pan body tilts past vertical to assist in cleaning
• Fully adjustable, one-piece cover standard with torsion bar type counterbalance
• Classic controls which include: Power ON-OFF switch with indicator light, temperature control knob with 175 to 400°F (79 to 204°C) range increments and HEAT indicator light
• Braising pan allows operation at 7 degree angle to facilitate griddling
• Requires ½” NPT gas connection, 60 HZ, 5 amp supply
• C.S.A. design certified; sanitation and NSF listed
