Capacity per compartment – 8 full size or 16 half size pans; 2.5” in pan depth. Standard features of base model – all stainless steel panels; digital LCD control panel; manually controlled hot tops and lamps; full perimeter bumpers; push handle; built-in sneeze guard; and four 6” casters (all swivel) allow for zero turning radius.
