It is a great option for patients who have pain from arthritis or instability of the CMC joint as well as post-operative care after CMC surgery. This custom fit brace molds to the individual by squeezing the embedded metal insert to snuggly fit the user’s thumb. It can be during work or other activities such as golf, tennis, knitting, and swimming. It can even be worn under a glove. This brace is latex free and will not deform if left in hot environment. It is machine washable when left on gentle cycle and at low temperature. This Push MetaGrip CMC Thumb Brace is meant to be used on the left hand and is size 2 for hands that measure 7 3/4” through 8 7/8”. You can find your size by using a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles of all fingers, excluding the thumb. Please note, this measurement is only a guideline for determining size, as it does not consider the size/shape of your thumb. Only by trying on both sizes can allow you to determine the best fit if your measurement is near the size break point.
