The soft, 100% cotton terrycloth liner is absorbent and breathable. It features an adjustable, articulating ankle feature for dynamic settings such as plantar flexion and controlled Range of Motion (ROM) thus allowing and enabling an active recovery. The adjustable angle setting, and ROM unlock advanced treatment protocols. These conservative Achilles protocols include SMART, Exeter, and Leister. The VACOcast family of orthoses have a patented vacuum-relief insert.
