Ideal for high-volume environments, the Wolf ASA72 countertop griddle is constructed primarily of heavy-duty stainless steel that provides excellent resistance to rusting, scratching, and corroding. Its polished steel griddle plate won’t harbor cooked-on residue, while its 1-inch thickness provides longevity through frequent heating and cooling. Each of the six aluminized steel burners is controlled by a snap-action thermostat to create multiple cooking zones. Spatula wide 3-1/2” grease gutter and chute is fully elded for easier cleaning and to stop grease migration. 2 large 6 quart stainless steel grease drawers. One pilot safety valve for every two burners. Safety will completely shut off gas to pilot and burners if pilot extinguishes. Manual ignition. Bottom heat shields. 3/4” rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. Requires a 3/4 inch gas hose.
