DETECTO’s portable BRW1000 bariatric wheelchair scale features a high 1,000-lb/450-kg capacity, two-way easy-access ramps, flexible cable remote display for tabletop or wall-mount viewing, 2.2-in/5.6-cm thin platform for easy accessibility, 0.2-lb/0.1-kg clinical accuracy, black rubber mat for traction, and two guide handles and two wheels for vertical transport mode.

Despite their size, these wheelchair scales are amazingly easy to handle. Since the display is connected to the scale by a long coiled cable that extends up to 14 ft / 4.2 m, it can be positioned where the healthcare professional can most easily read the results. The BRW1000 comes with the MedVue multifunctional indicator with alphanumeric keypad and RS232 and USB ports. An AC Adapter is included. The BRW1000 displays Height, Weight, and Body Mass Index onscreen simultaneously.
