Choose between low density and high density liners

Low-Density liners resist punctures and tears. Use in areas prone to waste with sharp or ragged edges, such as kitchens or clinical areas.

High-Density liners are more economical for loads that don’t have rough edges. Use high-density liners in areas that collect regular waste, such as paper, like common areas, resident or patient rooms, and offices.

Determine the size you need
When selecting liners for a waste can, first consider the capacity of the container. To keep the bag from falling in during use, measure the height of the container and add 6” of overhang.

Tip: Converting “mil” to “microns”
Microns = mil x 25.4
Mils = microns ÷ 25.4
