With a choice of one whole bean coffee and two soluble ingredients, the Symbol packs a lot of punch in a relatively small package.

After being ground through a high quality burr grinder, coffee is crafted with a Cafection Platinum brew group, renowned and beloved for its high quality taste signature. This combination renders the Symbol capable of a high output of up to 60 drinks per hour.

Customers choose from a thoughtfully designed user interface hosted in a 10-inch HD touch screen that can also be used to display custom videos to support your marketing activities.

As if all of this was not enough, the Symbol supports the neat and modern look of Cafection Designer Series and can be remotely managed through the Sophia online application.

It is mandatory for the owner of the machine to have the site ready.

A site is ready when in accordance with all the requirements contained in the Symbol Installation Checklist (provided under the Resources section).

Once your site is ready, fill out the Symbol Installation Checklist and to send back to the manufacturer at insidesales.NA@evocagroup.com.

We emphasize the importance that all preinstallation requirements are met. A default to meet one of the conditions might lead to a second visit from our installer; this visit would be chargeable to you, the client.
